Can I return a product?
If the problem occurs due to our mistake or delivery negligence, we will do everything we can to make it right or provide a refund. Simply email us within 24 hours of receiving the gift. If the mistake is not on our end, as is customary in Israel and with our vendor partners, returns/exchanges are not available. Please reach out in advance if you have any questions.

How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery is 2-7 business days anywhere in Israel for a flat $12 fee. Express delivery is available for $25 and often arrives within 24 hours!
